S D Newbury managed the site from start to finish apart from the foundations as they needed to be designed to protect the Oak trees that were close by.
We cleared the site and set out the houses ready for Abbey Pynford that were employed directly by the developer to install a house-deck foundation and flooring system.
Once they had finished the foundations, we were back on site to complete the three houses.
